Product Description

The hankotsu style knife is used for boning and fileting poultry and small fish.

Blade is SK4 high carbon stool steel and oxidizes quickly; be sure to keep this knife dry.

Blade has a large bevel on one side, may steer inward for right-handed users.

Handle is triple riveted.
